Esteven Gamez has over fifteen (15) years of experience in social media and digital marketing. He’s a passionate storyteller and technology enthusiast. He loves being at the forefront of an ever-changing social media landscape to help create branded stories leveraging data, analytics, and conversational research. Esteven believes having a holistic understanding of social media is important to craft the most intelligent strategies.
His background includes general and Hispanic markets in all aspects of social media, including social listening and conversational research, paid social strategy, content creation, community management, and influencer outreach. Before creating Keen Social, Esteven was a director at a marketing research firm and helped Saatchi & Saatchi’s Hispanic agency add Paid Social to their main capabilities.
When Esteven was younger, he didn’t know any Hispanics in advertising or marketing, so he had to create his path. He realized there are many multicultural agencies within the market, but not many are owned and managed by Latino leadership. Especially, LatinX leaders who also identify as LGBTQ+. The first thing that Esteven and his business partner, Chris Molessa, did was get LGBTBE certified through the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce by getting involved with Long Beach’s local affiliate Chamber. Esteven is currently the Past President of the Chamber and is still a board member.

Cynthia is Keen’s eyes and ears! She is a Latina communications executive leading brand strategy and integrated marketing across multiple fields and categories. With an over 13-year background in PR, marketing, and advertising with a multicultural, tourism, and hospitality focus, Cynthia brings much of her passion to her work.
She has previously worked with top brands and destinations such as Santa Monica, Visit Greater Victoria, Netflix, HBO, Toyota, and Mattel. Collaborating with senior client leads, she is a catalyst in developing top-level successful strategies that drive business goals to the next level.
She has received multiple awards in the entertainment and Hispanic/Latino PR categories. Outside of work, Cynthia co-founded a bicycle coalition in the city of Montebello to raise awareness for bicycle safety and build needed infrastructure, and she helped pass legislation to build bike lanes in the city and county of Los Angeles.
Cynthia and her husband are avid hikers who love to explore national and state parks whenever possible. When she’s not traveling or hiking, Cynthia enjoys spending time with the cutest senior Dachshunds – her dogs, Lola and Beans.
